字元集Character Set的縮寫,指的是某一組符號(或文字)的集合
在html語言中是用來定義網頁使用哪種編碼的關鍵字
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=big5">
上行程式碼即是定big5碼為呈現網頁的字元編碼方式
